Return Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all returns. Licenses and RFA’s are final sale items and are not refundable.

All damage and shortage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order. Call IPOfficePhoneSystems.com at 866-400-3737 to report damages and obtain a return authorization number.

A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.

A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 24 to 48 hours after receiving equipment. Please make sure to insure and use tracking devices for all items returned.
