Warranty Information / About Our Warranty All phone system packages sold through IPOfficePhoneSystems.com carry a full 2 year warranty from date of purchase. Our warranty covers all hardware equipment purchased in the phone system package. This includes the control unit, modules, voicemail, and telephones. Warranty does not cover customer negligence. Defective equipment will be replaced with new equipment. Control unit must be power surged and line surge protected. Surges are not covered under warranty. Technical Support We offer free e-mail and telephone tier III tech support for 1 year on phone system packages purchased from us. Our tier III technicians will help you program and configure your phone system to meet your needs. In many instances we can dial into your system and do the programming, or e-mail you the configuration so you can upload it onto your system. We will help you set up call routes, extension numbering, voicemails, auto-attendants, and more. Our tech support is available Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm eastern time. If you need after hour support or an extended support plan call us for pricing. |
